It is advisable to study the route the day before, giving special attention on the POI´s in the possible shortcuts and emergency escape points. It is advisable to carry the GPS conveniently anchored to the body or to the bike with an additional teather rope in case of potholes or falls.

It depends on your experience with groups cycling. The minimum would be 2 people. The optimum would be between 4 and 6. The maximum would be around 8. Remember that the routes last between 5 and 7 hours, the remaining hours of the day would be spend in hotels and towns.

There are several shortcuts in almost all the stages, which must be perfectly loaded in the GPS and studied beforehand.

It is advisable to prepare physically for the rigors of the adventure, stamina strength muscle condition and endurance.

Mainly tracks, paths and roads. Asphalt is scarce and only in the towns, at some crossroads or in small segments between sections. Some sections of high mountain and some small single track. In general, the terrain is not very used or has very little foot track.

Minimum of 1 - 2 litres (more is better), energy bars and gels. Also nuts and fruit are also good to carry. There are fountains and bars along the way to refill water, but it is better not to rely on them if you can.

It's a good idea to carry some cash with you. Some bars and restaurants in these areas will not have card or internet payment.

It is good to record the route, so it is advisable to charge 100% of the watch or navigator daily. Keep in mind that your data will never coincide completely with the data of the others.

The biker must be autonomous and have the necessary materials and tools to keep them rolling. It is advisable to carry: mini air pump and/or C02 cylinder, chain cutter, auxiliary link, spare inner tube, tyre mounting/dismounting tool and puncture repair kit for tubeless wheels (wicks and tool).

In addition to personal tools on the trails, it is advisable to carry gear oil, spare brake pads, spare inner tubes, 1 foot pump (1 per group), some rags or cloths for after washing.

It's good to take high quality photos and videos to share to say where you've been. If you have a GoPro or similar, it is advisable to carry it conveniently anchored to your body or to the bike with an additional rope to prevent it from slipping in case of bumps or falls. It is not advisable to take videos or photos by letting go of the handlebars to do so.

It is done with commercial navigation apps pre-installed on the mobile phone. It is better to carry it installed on the handlebars. It is advisable to carry the maps of the area downloaded on the mobile phone so as not to depend on the coverage or GPS signal in the area and thus save data and battery. There are some more complex sections where you have to slow down and pay more attention to the directions. It is advisable to carry several GPS in the group. The navigation is never completely precise as it has an accuracy of +-5 metres, which can lead to mistakes in some cases. It is advisable to study each route the day before the stage to be done, checking the POI's and possible obstacles. It is also advisable to carry the GPS conveniently anchored to the body or to the bike with an additional tether rope in case of potholes or falls.
